Cancellation Policy

In order to give the most flexible solution and way out for you, we would like to inform our cancellation policy as below:

• If cancellation happens right after payment completion for booking, no  cancellation fee is applied.
• If cancellation happens within 15 days prior to arrival date, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total cost
• If cancellation happens within 7 days prior to arrival date or no show, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total cost.
• If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please contact us by email at least 1 hour in advance.

Please note that all cancellation must be sent to us by email through ar_vn@rafflesmedical.com. Once receiving cancellation we will recheck and make refund for you as above policy.
