1. Online appointment should be made 24 hours in advance. For same day/ urgent appointment, please call the clinic directly.
2. Your appointment will be confirmed by our Reception within 24 hours after submitting of appointment request.
3. Your requested appointment during weekend will be confirmed on next Monday morning.
4. Your requested appointment is subject to change due to the availability of doctors and holidays.
5. Visa Check Up, Corporate Check Up and Work Permit Check Up department work from 8:00 – 17:00, Mon – Fri (lunch break is from 12:00pm – 13:00pm).
6. Last appointment is at 10:00am in the morning and 15:00pm in the afternoon.
